I agree it is easy when we hear of another crash to just think of it as that. When you read the word for word it brings the whole situation into another light. I have been fortunate not to have witnessed a motorcycle crash firsthand but have seen the aftermath of losing many friends this way. Unbelievable job by the people that deal with these phone calls!!
