A mate who went to both says 90% of bikes at Sturgis arrive on a trailer and they park in Motels on the outskirts of town , dress up in their "Biker " gear and ride into town..Like a carnival or Mardi-Gras..lol ! I would like to have a trip to Daytona to see where the Kiwi Britten ran rings around the rest ...and the racing history there is great.. The whole HD thing has never excited me as I look at them as bikes for people who like the image not riding..except the Buell of course..and it looks like HD has dumped them , I believe because they don't use Harley motors since the change to 1125cc Rotax /Aprilla ..
